Sculpt Bloc
This 30-minute class uses free weights and mats to add strength training to your routine. Instructors will use a variety of movements to give your arms, back, core, and glutes some extra attention!
Rhythm Bloc
This is 45-minutes of pure fun! We will rock out to your favorite tunes and incorporate full-body rhythmic movements to keep you sweating and smiling.
Core Bloc
A quick but challenging 15-minutes of mat core work. Take it off the bike to the floor and round out your ride experience!
